Olufunke Olasode is an ardent writer and coach on the subject of self-awareness and actualization skills. She facilitates sessions on Leadership development and Business Model at PDEO Initiative. She is convinced that all human is specifically treasure-encoded hence the need to strategically mine, groom and release the given for a productive existence. This vision led her to establish the Personal Development and Entrepreneurship Orientation Initiative; where leading skills are imparted to reveal the exceptional.
Olufunke is committed to courses that propels people’s development; over the years, she has continued to demonstrate strong capacity at the grassroots level developing social solutions and active collaborations in the social development sphere. She has led and helped implement key developmental projects fostering the fulfilment of the MDGs and honing the SDGs. She is a Carrington fellow of the United States Consulate General Nigeria and a fellow of the Africa Regional Sexuality Leadership. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Bells University of Technology Nigeria, and M.Sc. in Communications and International Public Relations from National University of Science and Technology MISIS, Russia. She is a graduate of the Daystar Leadership Academy.
A writer and an entrepreneur with years of prior experience working in industry. He garnered his professional experience working for various local and international companies spread across sectors like NGOs, News & Media, Tech and even Women Health/Fashion. He leads a team of consultants as the Managing Editor at Writexpress, a firm to consult on all things content. He joined the Board of Directors at MOPEM Group of Schools seven years ago. His other notable role was as a Senior Content Manager with Honcho LLC, Dallas, TX where he later moved on to two other positions: Consumer Relations Manager and Brand Manager (for the company's brand extension) in just 2years.
Oluwafemi has a Master's Degree in Communication and International Public Relations from National University of Science and Technology, Moscow, Russia. Oluwafemi thrives as a mentor to many outside and within PDEO Initiative. He focuses on topics like creativity & creative-thinking, goal-setting, vision-building, strategising/implementing and self-motivation – all these topics covering a long-term vision he has to help people make dreams into realistic goals; to help young minds make sense of their often scrambled ideas, dreams and creative process.
Oluwafemi is a poet, music minister, a strong believer and follower of God and his only son, Jesus. He describes his spiritual journey and walk with God as the only worthy essence and pursuit of his life.
Olasode Mayowa is an Accountant, Sport Analyst & Writer and an online content provider. Mayowa is the Programme Coordinator for Reconciler Project of PDEO Initiative, and facilitates sessions on financial management to the participants undergoing business development training.
He is passionate about children development especially the less privileged, child abuse and eradication of all forms of violence, also exhibits strong capacity in community and social services.
He is a graduate of Accounting from Babcock Business School, Babcock University. He currently works as the assistant Finance Manager with Kennedia Consulting Limited. Mayowa is experienced and skilled in Revenue Assurance, Reconciliations and Financial Accounting.
Adeyanju Opeyemi is a business consultant, business coach, professional mentor and a business developer who focused on helping individual and startup to discover vision, talent, skill and build business around it in order to monetize it.
Adeyanju is currently the Lagos State Executive Director for Africa's Young Entrepreneurs an organization based in South Africa with branches in over 19 countries in Africa with the largest entrepreneurship network in Africa. Just hosted the largest gathering of entrepreneurs in Africa.
He is an international award winning mentor of Africa Entrepreneurship Award by Bank of Africa Casablanca. He was also awarded the young influential entrepreneur of the year 2018 by Lagos Young Entrepreneurs.
